Originally released in 1997, Florida's Cavity played heavy sludge in the vein of EyeHateGod or Grief, and this is one of their most popular releases. Side A was recorded by Steve Heritage of the band Assuck, and Side B was recorded by Charles Maggio of the band Rorschach and the label Gern Blandsten. The record also includes a fold out insert with liner notes by Charles Maggio and founding members of CAVITY. CAVITY have recently reunited and are playing the following shows in the near future: Dark Days Bright Nights fest in Richmond, VA in September, Emissions from the Monolith fest in Ohio in October and a 3-date mini tour in Japan in December.
