The 1995 studio album Tras La Tormenta was recorded after a 10-year-long hiatus between Willie Colon and Ruben Blades, following disagreements with the 1984 album The Last Fight. At no point during the recording of the album were Colon and Blades in the same studio. Considered one of the most successful salsa albums, it features the songs "Talento De Television," "Homenaje A Hector Lavoe," "Tras La Tormenta" and "Como Un Huracan."
